Bug Description
In the xul client, colors are used in the bills tab to indicate if the charge is for an item that is still checked out to the patron (red), is set to lost (dark red), or is an overdue (orange).
Similar visual cues are needed in the web client.

Confirmed. The color coding is important to help staff quickly distinguish between overdue fines and replacement charges.
