Comment 19 for bug 1635386

This looks good to me. I've signed off on Kyle's changes, but I added a commit to tweak the colors that are used to provide enough contrast to meet WCAG AA guidelines. The red and dark red colors are similar to what is used in the XUL client. The orange is significantly lighter since it was difficult to provide good contrast with the darker orange color.

The only color combination that is still failing to meet WCAG AA is the blue links on any background color. However, we will get adequate contrast for those links if we address bug 1746365.
