Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-games
The problem: When selecting "3D Chess view" from Glchess I'm directed to install python-gtkglext1 and python-opengl. Upon doing so and restarting glchess, if I select that option again then glchess crashes. Glchess will continue to crash every time it's started unless either python-gtkglext1 or python-opengl are removed, at which point it will give the same message about needing one of the packages and revert to 2D view.
Expected behaviour: Python-gtkglext1 and python-opengl are installed, user selects 3D Chess view, glchess switches to 3d view.

Confirming this behaviour. Note that this is a python-opengl bug. I've opened a bug against that package (bug 351284) but will keep this open here as most users will perceive this as a glChess bug.
