Comment 12 for bug 350850

Hi
my problem was same as that of manzur. thanks to robert. it works. but when i again try 3d it crashes. and never opens again using this again " gconftool-2 --toggle /apps/glchess/show_3d " helped me to open in 2d again. thanks again. i would like to know whether it is a bug that stops me from opening chess in 3d if so can anyone please tell me how to remove it. to mention i'm new to ubuntu , so if any one who is very kind to help me pls explain me in plain english. i would be very thankful to you.
