On Ubuntu 8.10 & 9.04rc (both amd64), I have no crash but I have not the expected behaviour.
I get a message saying python-opengl is missing to display 3D mode. But pyhon-opengl IS installed.
Looking closely I saw python-opengl is only available with version number 3 (for python3 ?).
So my problem is perhaps linked to a missing package (python-opengl for python 2.5 or 2.6)
Do you think it is the same problem or a new one ?
