Here is the game I played this morning:
[Event "Human versus GNU Chess"]
[Site "?"]
[Date "2009.06.27"]
[Round "?"]
[White "White"]
[Black "Black"]
[Result "1-0"]
[BlackAI "GNU Chess"]
[BlackLevel "easy"]
1. d4 d5 2. c4 dxc4 3. Nc3 Nf6 4. e3 Bg4 5. Nf3 Bxf3 6. Qxf3 Nc6 7. a3 Na5 8.
Bd2 Nb3 9. Rd1 Nxd2 10. Rxd2 e5 11. dxe5 Ke7 12. exf6+ Ke8 13. fxg7 Bxg7 14.
Rxd8+ Rxd8 15. Bxc4 Bxc3+ 16. bxc3 Rd7 17. Qxb7 c5 18. Qc8+ Rd8 19. Bb5+ Ke7
20. Qc7+ Ke6 21. Bc4+ Kf5 22. Qxf7+ Kg4 23. Be2+ Kg5 24. f4+ Kh4 25. Qh5# 1-0
AFTER 11W move, the Black should try to save its queen, instead it moves its king for no reason.
EVEN THOUGH THE DIFFICULTY LEVEL FOR BLACK IS SET TO HARD, WHILE RECORDING IT IS REPORTED AS EASY.
Therefore, the bug may be that difficulty level for black is not being set properly.

I'm assuming you've played the default game immediately after loading glchess - this game is currently the first AI in easy mode.
