Bug Description
I installed Ubuntu Hoary preview in my pc. My LAN has a proxy, and the installer
didn't detect it nor asked me about the proxy. In the "testing apt repositories"
step, the installer kept ( for a long long hour) trying to reach the
repositories, but it couldn't, because the proxy was not configured. Not only I
had to wait for an hour, but the apt repositories remained unconfigured (I later
manually set them up in synaptic).
