Bug Description
Binary package hint: linux-image-
I just installed the ubuntu 9.10 karmic koala and with the asustek p7131 hybrid watching the dvb-t seems the signal is corrupted or poor quality, also if the signal is perfect
the problem is present on both linux-image-
on jaunty there's no problem with kernel up to 2.6.30, then I believe this is a regression on the 2.6.31 kernel

I can confirm this bug on Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala i386. The Asus MyCinema P7131 Hybrid used to work fine (and still does) in hardy, so this sure is a regression.
