Comment 22 for bug 446575

Sorry people, its been a long day, ..... but my solution was something else.

In preparation for downgrading the kernel I added the custom rules file, as indicated by Vink. This was all that was needed to fix the card and TV playback on my system. I attach it in a zip. It needs to go here -> /etc/udev/rules.d/ (unzipped, of course)
