Subtitle support in Header

In the PdfView we are using a multi-line header, that provides informations about the name of the file and the current page (as sub-text).

For UX consistence, we should extend the custom header to the Image Viewer and the Text Viewer. However it's not clear which information should be provided as sub-text.

See attached screenshot.
