uitk gles package upgrade not working

Trying to upgrade to xenial-proposed UITK - the gles version - is currently not working. Both normal and gles saw a complex split into several qml module packages and a rename.

This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu-ui-toolkit-gles - 1.3.1918+16.04.20160404-0ubuntu3

The merged branch also resolves this. There is just another new problem (not in archives... yet) with the bileto's new automatic gles convert but that's bug #1569217.
