New text input visuals very heavy

Since the UITK introduced the new text input focus ring, it also replaced the shaded Shape with a flat outline. That outline seems overly heavy (see attachment).

The only visual spec of this that I saw (remarked as "old") is http://bit.ly/1TtDOqu ([1] says "spec is outdated", too).

I've made a comparison between the above visual and the implementation - the outline is almost twice as heavy as designed, and also the radii are much longer compared to the design.

I have discussed the changes with Christian, we have adjusted the stroke thickness and Christian is looking into changing the radius.
