Alt-Tab - make pause to spread default alt-tab behaviour. Upgrade existing installs as well.

In the recent usability testing, 6 out of 8 participants preferred the 'pause to spread' alt-tab behaviour. This was in spite of the fact that the version they were testing had some notable flaws that are now fixed. Additionally none of the users discovered the alt-tab cursor or grave key shortcuts unprompted.

Desired resolution:

- "pause to spread" should be made the default alt-tab behaviour
