Expected Behavior: The Bluetooth 5.4 adapter should initialize correctly, allowing for Bluetooth functionality such as pairing and connecting devices. Actual Behavior: The Bluetooth 5.4 adapter fails to initialize, with the interface staying down and connection attempts timing out.
