Bug Description

I would like to have the tile shortcuts to be `Ctrl+Alt+Left` and `Ctrl+Alt+Right` to tile the windows to the left and right respectively.
Something is overwriting the tiling settings to be `Super+Left` and `Super+Right`, I suspect it is the tiling-assistant.
I have tried to set the tiling shortcuts using the settings app, and it works for a while, but then it gets overwritten periodically.

When I go into the settings UI and change the keyboard shortcut for `view split on left` to `<Ctrl+Alt+Left>` I get the following in dconf watch:
```
/org/gnome/mutter/keybindings/toggle-tiled-left
  ['<Control><Alt>Left']
/org/gnome/mutter/keybindings/toggle-tiled-right
  ['<Control><Alt>Right']
```

I left `dconf watch /` running and saw the following output after resuming from suspend:

```
/org/gnome/mutter/keybindings/toggle-tiled-left
  @as []
/org/gnome/mutter/keybindings/toggle-tiled-right
  @as []
org.gnome.shell.extensions.tiling-assistant overridden-settings
  {'org.gnome.mutter.edge-tiling': <@mb nothing>, 'org.gnome.mutter.keybindings.toggle-tiled-left': <@mb nothing>, 'org.gnome.mutter.keybindings.toggle-tiled-right': <@mb nothing>}
```

Based on my understanding of this package, I suspect the settings UI needs to change, but I figured you would be the best group to submit the bug since you have the most context on the required change.

Are you asking me to help debug this ticket for you? I'm happy with my
system the way it's set up but would also be willing to help you debug it.

I installed `gnome-shell-extension-manager` and set the keyboard shortcuts
in tiling-assistant rather than in system settings.

The bug report is because this seems to be a bug in the default 24.04
Ubuntu installation. I'm not looking for support.

Thanks,
Ian
