On booting today's daily ISO on systems, 4 of 6 systems tested did not have functioning key bindings on boot. The result is pressing <PrtScr>, <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<T>, <Super>+<E> etc would do nothing.
This report is made on first of the systems that had this issue :-
Two of these systems have two displays (share screens so same setup) which have issues with trying to adjust right display to portrait(left) or on clicking 'apply' nothing occurs but apply box remains 'grey' - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xfce4-settings/+bug/1821652
In that bug Theo's suggested `XFSETTINGSD_DEBUG=1 xfsettingsd --replace --no-daemon`, where I noticed the `xfsettingsd --replace --no-daemon` on each listed system here caused the CTRL+ALT+T and other keybaord bindings to work (plus fix screen issue in other bug report).
Strangely, I rebooted the x201 (thinkpad) and it didn't have this issue on reboot, a third boot and it was there again
