According to the attached AlsaInfo.txt the kernel doesn't have a driver compatible with your internal sound card:

So this is a kernel bug.

Please try a newer version of Ubuntu like 18.04:
http://releases.ubuntu.com/18.04

Then run sudo dpkg -P oem-audio-xxxx (all found packages)

reboot

The sound will work after reboot
