evince prints shifted or black pages

Bug Description
Evince prints PDFs to my HP OfficeJet 6500 shifted up by about 2cm, such that the Headline cant be read. The shifting also occurs on a HP LaserJet Pro P1102.
WORKAROUND: I used okular.

MatatTHC, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, could you please provide an example document that demonstrates this problem?
