MatatTHC, could you please address the following:
+ What version of Ubuntu are you currently using?
+ Could you please unplug all USB devices from your computer, plug in only the OfficeJet 6500 USB device, immediately place the following in a terminal and attach the uncompressed results:
lsusb -v > lsusb-v.log
+ Could you please execute the following in a terminal:
apport-collect 1018520
+ Could you please provide the missing information following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems ?
