Comment 12 for bug 990720

If don't add empathy -h as startup application empathy doesn't connect to ICQ
after login. And in the account setting window status is set to offline.
If you turn off chat in google account in gnome online accounts icq will start to connect automatically.

Ubuntu 12.04, Gnome Shell.
