Bug Description
tnot sure how I got into this state, but now the launcher will not paint at all. When it's supposed to be visible I just get remnants and a corrupted area. Attaching screen shots and xsession-erros.
Seems to happen after running the workspace switcher and switching workspaces via ctrl-alt-left and -right

Very interesting, very probably related corruption bug with GKrellm.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install and launch GKrellm
2. Right click on it and go to General, Properties tab
3. Tick 'Set sticky state' and tick 'Set window type to be a dock or a panel'
4. Relaunch GKrellm
5. Switch workspaces a couple of times
6. Go to an empty workspace and open a window (e.g. a Terminal)
Result:
Lots of visual corruptions.
