Bug Description
Binary package hint: indicator-datetime
Clicking the time in the indicator gives the option "Time and Date Settings..."
Clicking this menu option has no effect; time and date settings do not appear.
The same result is apparent if attempting to launch time and date settings from the System Settings app.
Expected result: time and date settings appear.

I can confirm exactly the same bug with the 64bit ubuntu - bug 751396. I marked it as a duplicate.
