Bug Description
When running with dual monitors, Unity will use the height of the larger one for calculating when to fold, even when it's being shown on the smaller monitor. This leaves icons inaccessible hanging off of the bottom of the launcher.

... would be critical if more people used dual screens and if it were
nto possible to fix with a fiddle of screen layout. Nevertheless, we
should be smart about this circumstance and get it right.
