OpenOffice.org applications dupicate in menu when opening file

When trying to pin the duplicate onto the dock:

I believe this bug was already fixed. You did not specify your version of Docky so I will assume you are using an older one.

This crash should be fixed with bzr1402.
Nevertheless, this seems to be only one part of the problem.

@Alta: Can you describe how do you manage to get into this duplicated item state? Are you using the CurrentDesktopOnly feature?

I'm not using the CurrentDesktopOnly feature. This happens whenever I open any office file. It doesn't happen when I open OpenOffice directly though.

This bug is not present in the version in the proposed repository. I can open openoffice files or the openoffice applications from the menu without having duplicate icons.
