Wrong Size Dock when Add Launcher to Full Screen

1. You have a dock full of launchers that fills the screen.
2. You drag an item into the dock.

temporarily, the Dock becomes the original size set in prefs.

This isn't a spacing issue, this is a dock size issue. As in the background temporarily gets drawn larger and then shrinks again.

Ok I think the best I can do here is when you add the item, it stays the same IconSize (meaning the dock is now too big, but the same icon size as before) and then updates, which causes it to shrink to fit.

The update is currently on a short 1s delay.
