Bug Description
[Impact]
* Software Boutique uses a database of software from `applications.json` which needs "all" explicitly stated for all entries. Simple Screen Recorder is missing an "all" entry which cases test cases to fail and may prevent some applications from correctly installing.
* The test suite doesn't run to completion.
[Test Case]
* Using a source checkout of Ubuntu MATE Welcome 17.04.11 running `./perform-tests.sh --quick` will fail.
* Using a source checkout of Ubuntu MATE Welcome 17.04.12 running `./perform-tests.sh --quick` will pass.
[Regression Potential]
* There is a slim possibility that making the change to correct this issue introduces a malformed entry elsewhere in applications.json.
* As of the time of writing all test cases pass and all applications listed for Zesty can be installed via Software Boutique.
* Test cases have also been updated.
