Bug Description
[Impact]
* Error "Package does not exist" when installing the package RedNoteBook in the software boutique.
* rednotebook has been removed from the Zesty archive. It is no longer installable.
[Test Case]
* Using Ubuntu MATE Welcome 17.04.11 attempting to install RedNoteBook will result in an error stating that the "Package does not exist".
* After upgrading to Ubuntu MATE Welcome 17.04.12 RedNoteBook is no longer listed in the Software Boutique and it's removal is also listed in the Software Boutique news.
[Regression Potential]
* Some Ubuntu MATE users may be disappointed that this application is no longer available.

Accepted ubuntu-mate-welcome into zesty-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https:/ /launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ ubuntu- mate-welcome/ 17.04.12 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
