Bug Description

[Impact]

 * The Software Boutique is missing entries for Aptik, KDE Connect, Lutris, Nuvola Player, OBS Studio, RetroArch, Virtualbox and Wine which now all have Zesty builds.

 * Enabling these applications is merely a case of enabling existing PPAs or 3rd party apt repositories in Ubuntu MATE Welcome for Zesty.

 * Ubuntu MATE users have come to expect the application will be available via the Software Boutique.

[Test Case]

 * Using Ubuntu MATE Welcome 17.04.11 the following applications are missing from the Software Boutique: Aptik, KDE Connect, Lutris, Nuvola Player, OBS Studio, RetroArch, Virtualbox and Wine.

 * After upgrading to Ubuntu MATE Welcome 17.04.12 all the aforementioned applications are present in the Software Boutique and can be successfully installed. They are also each listed as being re-added in the Software Boutique news.

[Regression Potential]

 * It is possible the one of the added application may not be installable via Software Boutique at a future date.

 * As of the time of writing Aptik, KDE Connect, Lutris, Nuvola Player, OBS Studio, RetroArch, Virtualbox and Wine can be successfully installed using the Software Boutique and function correctly post-install.
