Having access to the page header component would be useful

Using vivid, currently the pagestack/page try to be smart with the header and adjust margins as needed, but that doesn't always work and it would be nice to have access to the header component to be able to e.g anchor on header.bottom

small testcase example attached, the intend is to center the label but it's not easy to do (you can do it by tweaking the topMargin though)

(note that the code is inspired from the system settings updates panel and bug #1429280)

I'm facing this in my Forum Browser app as well. Besides the ability to center components in the Page, this also makes bottom edge implementations rather difficult sometimes since you don't want content which is revealed while swiping to appear behind the header. I'd really appreciate a fix.
