Bug Description

The "Weather" section of the "Today" scope shows temperatures in Fahrenheit units, when the language is English / US.
I am using the metric system and would like to see Celsius degrees.
As a workaround, temperatures are displayed in Celsius when switching to English / Canada.

It would be nice to have settings for changing the units, like in the "Weather" application.

This bug is specific to the "The Weather Channel" scope itself, not really the Today Scope. Marking as also affects ubuntu-rest-scopes to track

By all means, inferring the units default from the language is fine. But it's not when the only way for me to see Celsius is to change the language. These two things shouldn't be mashed together.
