Weather shows temperatures in Fahrenheit, local standard is Celsius

Bug Description
That's basically it. I live in Denmark, has the weather for Copenhagen and here we use Celcius. But the Today scope still show temperatures in Fahrenheit.
I'm unable to find any settings for this anywhere. Preferably, this should be a setting. The next best solution would probably be to use the temperature scale that is the local standard for the location of the weather shown (this could also be one of the options in the settings).
