Bug Description

STEPS:
1. Flash an image to the phone
2. Look at the today/nearby/weather channel scope
3. Note everything is in F

EXPECTED:
I expect to be able to change the Temperature settings to C instead of F

ACTUAL:
No where in any settings can I change the unit type from F to C. F is fine in the US but through the UK and Europe where the phones are beings sold it is predominantly C

Temperature units are in °F if the phone's locale is en_US, else it will be in °C.

Confirmed with Dave that the phone where this was tested is in en_US, so it's working properly.

Thanks!

Facundo Batista - "........ °F if the phone's locale is en_US, else it will be in °C." is not the case. For English speaking locations Ireland and South Africa (both who use the metric system) the weather units are in °F.
The only English language location that I have found to use metric is English UK.

Invalid?

I have BQ Aquaris E5 (OTA-9.1), locale prints that it's lt_LT.UTF-8, and I still get F, not C.
