Bug Description

The weather section in the Today scope uses the Weather Chanel input, which does not permit changing units for the data it displays.
So metric folks are stuck with Fahrenheit, miles per hour and inches of rain.

Change Language locale from English United States to English United Kingdom

With regards to the Weather Scope:

Changing the Phone Language locale from English United States to English United Kingdom changes the Weather units to metric (degrees C)
This also works for English Australia but....
...for other English language locations, Ireland, New Zealand and South Africa (and most likely all others) the Weather units remain in Fahrenheit.
