Bug Description
To do this is easy. It jams the dock in the up state, instead of it hiding again.
1) Hide the dock with the autohide. (Move mouse off)
2) Move mouse down to the sensor area to lift it up again (Wait until it's up)
3) Move your mouse off the side of the dock (Not the top)
4) Move the mouse up and away from the program's window.
You should now have a non-hidden dock that is up despite your mouse being away from it. To fix this, move the mouse on and off it again.
(This bug is actually somewhat useful, actually.... If you generally like it hidden, but sometimes want it in place.)

I don't normally use auto-hide so never noticed this, but can now confirm that this is reproducible running bzr17.
