Thanks for the report. Did you perform any action or just start Y PPA Manager? Unfortunately, since Y PPA Manager uses YAD: http://code.google.com/p/yad/ for the GUI, this isn't a bug I can fix. Further more, I can't reproduce it. Though I'm not using Xubuntu, I'll try in VirtualBox, maybe there's something related to it somehow.
