Sad but seems to work solution: disabling SNA for old XUA method (as described here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Intel_graphics#SNA_issues).

It seems it works better (for now) with UXA method, but it's a sad story as performance drops a little (and it is worthy...)
