Hi Mike,

I have tried to reproduce your problem, however I think I am missing some parts.
This is what I have done.

Install Linux Mint 17.2 x64
Install Xpad 4.2 (from repository)
Add the workspace switcher to the panel
Create a pad / note
Make it sticky by choosing 'Show on all workspaces'.
Click around by using the workspace switcher on the panel.
I see the pad appear on all workspaces.

I guess I am misunderstanding the problem.
Can you explain to me in detail how I can reproduce the issue?
