I can confirm that this issue is NOT fixed in Utopic Unicorn

Im still having very frequent freezes on a laptop with:

07:00.0 3D controller: NVIDIA Corporation GM108M [GeForce 840M] (rev a2)

And also a touchpad.

Using nvidia-331 driver.
