Hi
If you click the "Filter" link at the top of the library page, you'll see the word "all" incorrectly defaults if you add items to a region using the library link previously.
Clearing the word all solves this temporarily.
There is already a bug targeted for 1.0.4 for this issue. I'm marking this as a duplicate.
