All XCP/XAPI related services do run with root permissions, these are system services. I didn't change anything nor you have to change anything. There's no solution so far that, it's something inside.
Best hope, they fix it at least for Trusty.
Really bad is, no feedback at all on none of my XCP/XAPI related bug reports for Saucy.
