After the DL was complete I was prompted to either reboot now or later, I chose now. Then I chose to boot Windows first. After waiting about 2 minutes for all of the bloat-ware to load all was fine so I rebooted and chose Ubuntu.
Then the true installation began and it worked flawlessly. Upon completion I rebooted several times, trying each Ubuntu or Windows no less than three times, and all is well!
So, if you think these changes are unlikely to cause a regression elsewhere I think we should push another iso-build.
OTOH if there is even a fair chance that this could create a regression elsewhere we'd be better off to address this in the release notes.
