I can't run the full test unfortunately. I've been downloading the wubi and
copying it to the common startup folder myself. However, I was reproducing
the problem successfully before in this manner.
I just ran the latest and this time it did not delete wubi.exe when I ran
it. It was still in Common Startup after exiting the program (and when I
went to reboot my computer), but when I booted back into Windows it was
gone. So... although it's not a completely valid test, it looks like it is
working now for me.
