re: mines and other upgradable buildings (e.g. fortress to citadel) it would be helpful to have a second (dimmed) color for the potential range of the building when fully upgraded (displayed during all phases of selection: pre-selection, building, completed structure, working structure). Late in the game as some l3 mines run out of resources and are torched (releasing master miners), a player may want to build l3 mines at new sites without really delaying with lower-level mines, so it's the final range that is important
