Add a cool "stalking" cycle for hunter worker

Bug Description

The hunter worker should have a different posture and activity when actively tracking/stalking an animal than the normal walk cycle.

Currently there is only one walk cycle for the hunter worker. A second walk cycle is necessary to show him/her actively hunting. Walkload isn't applicable because it is used for returning with the meat ware.

this is maybe not so easy. AFAIK there is no way to replace the current walkcycle/walk speed with another, so this would need some more hacking to get right.

Note that stalking would need to replace the walking animations. For the idle carrier animations we talk about the stationary animations. Internally, these are quite distinct things.

For added incentive :), the additional walkcycle(s) could conceivably be
employed for other workers. Soldiers could "charge" during an attack, for
example. Also, an additional walkload cycle could be utilised for
retreating wounded soldiers who could be shown "limping" home.

Overall, I guess what is desired is more flexibility for animation
possibilities. Witness bug reports #536505, #553180 and the venerable
#536368.

Could worker travelling speed for a/any walk cycle be made controllable by a
conf parameter?

I think it would indeed be nice to have different animations.
