Comment 1 for bug 502024

The wireless connection worked fine initially. After a few weeks I couldn't get a connection. When I looked up the strength of the signal it was at 0. After looking deeper I saw that Ubuntu 9.1 on the laptop (an ACER9300 dual core) didn't see my wireless connection card (Atheros AR 5005G Wireless Network Adapter) but another totally different adapter which was unknown to me.
