Hi,

Ah i already forgot i posted the bug. Thanks for taking the
interest to look .
 after tying unity a while
i went back to gnome2 again, and saw that this bug is also
present in the 3D enviroment of gnome2.

So either this bug is gnome-terminal related or compiz related.
Either way i thing on second thought i think it is out of place in
the unity section.
