How to reproduce:
1. Do a cold start or reboot, and start unity.
2. Click nautilus/home icon to start nautilus.
3. Mount the disk within nautilus and a disk icon appears in the launcher.
4. Click the new icon in the launcher, nautilus is launched but the launcher doesn't recognize that and the icon just keeps pulsating, i can close all other instances of nautilus prior to clicking the icon and it makes no difference.
This only happens for devices which don't have a icon in the launcher at startup and have to be mounted through nautilus.
