I can confirm this bug happening on my Ubuntu 11.04 (32-bit) with latest updates installed also just like vanadium wrote above.
I particulaly tried to open multible Calc sheets by launching them from Nautilus.
EXPECTED:
One LibreOffice Calc -icon in Unity launcher with multible "dots" grouping all open Calc documents together --> clicking the icon would show all open Calc sheets at same time
WHAT HAPPEND:
One LibreOffice Calc -icon and one white "document" icon, some of open Calc documents was grouped under Calc -icon and some under "document" icon. I have not figured out yet are there any logic why some of the documents get grouped under "document" icon.
