Found precise build of 2.12 here: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nux/2.12.0-0ubuntu1/+build/3435836

I have now verified that this issue is not present in 2.12, but was introduced with 2.14.0-0ubuntu1 in precise-updates.
