Let me add that if I go into chrome and make Use system title bar and borders then the window popped back and will not be able to be dragged out of the desktop size.

So maybe this is something Unity 2d should work on if a software developer doesn't design with Unity 2d applications settings but definitely a Google Chrome issue needing to confine itself to the Unity 2d application settings and programming.

This issue if the first time since I changed to Google Chrome as my primary browser to reconsider Firefox, esp since Ubuntu one now syncs bookmarks, etc.
